Ingredients
4 pieces of sourdough bread
1 cup of ricotta cheese
2 peaches, diced
Honey, for garnish
Instructions
Toast the sourdough for 5 minutes until golden and crispy
Spread ¼ cup of ricotta cheese on each piece of sourdough
Equally distribute the sliced peaches to each piece of toast
