INGREDIENTS
4 pieces of sourdough bread
2 avocados, halved and pitted
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. tajin
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. garlic powder
½ c. pomegranate seeds
¼ c. cotija cheese
DIRECTIONS
Toast the sourdough bread for 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the avocado and use a fork to mash until smooth.
Then, add the lime juice, tajin, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.
Mix, then add the pomegranate seeds to the guacamole.
Distribute the guacamole evenly across each piece of toast.
Finally, top with cotija cheese and enjoy!
