Everything Bagel Sandwich

Everything Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients: 


  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced 
  • ½avocado, sliced 
  • 1 c. baby arugula, loosely packed 
  • 3 extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling 
  • 1 everything bagel, toasted 


Directions: 

1. Toast bagel according to preference. 

2. Spread cream cheese on both sides of bagel. 

3. Top bagel with tomato, avocado and arugula.  4. Drizzle olive oil on arugula.
